Unity Love Home Healthcare is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, organized Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who wants a better work-life balance while continuing to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives. This position offers 10-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the future if desired. Compensation $500-$700 per week, depending on caseload Opportunity for increased earnings as caseload grows Schedule & Flexibility Approximately 10-20 hours per week One day per week in our office (required) Remaining work is flexible and includes: Working from home Conducting telephone assessments and follow-up calls Completing client home visits on your own schedule Responsibilities Complete client admissions, reassessments, and supervisory visits Develop and update plans of care Coordinate with caregivers, clients, physicians, and family members Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Conduct phone assessments and client follow-up Ensure compliance with New Jersey home healthcare regulations Support our office team with clinical guidance as needed Qualifications Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license Home healthcare experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation for client visits Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule Benefits Flexible schedule Hybrid position (office, home, and field) Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement plan available Dental, Vision, Life insurance available Supportive, family-oriented team If you're looking to step away from the demands of the hospital while still making a real difference in patients' lives, we'd love to meet you.
