The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients across various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support the health and well-being of our diverse patient population. Duties Safely administer IV infusions and IM injections according to clinical protocols and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions and injections. Monitor vital signs and manage acute pain, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Conduct pre-infusion assessments, review client health histories, and monitor for contraindications. Uphold HIPAA compliance and all company safety standards. Educate clients on infusion benefits, possible side effects, and post-treatment care. Monitor clients during and after infusions, documenting all treatments and observations accurately. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications. Engage in health coaching and case management for patients with chronic conditions or disabilities. Participate in infection control measures and uphold standards of aseptic technique. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in acute care settings such as hospitals or long-term care facilities is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and medical documentation practices. Strong clinical skills in areas such as critical care transport, pediatrics, geriatrics, or emergency medicine. Ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Provide mobile services across designated territories — ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and discretion.
