Woonsocket, RI Assertive Community Treatment II (ACT II), a multidisciplinary team who works collaboratively with adults experiencing serious mental illness to empower them to make choices, attain life goals, build relationships, and take part in their communities. This is done in the most integrated and independent way possible by focusing on our clients' strengths and values, we provide culturally competent, flexible, coordinated, and accountable person-centered services. The Community Support and Recovery Services program is looking for a Registered Nurse
•who is flexible, energetic, and wants to make a difference in the lives of the people. Our team provides clinical and support services to adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders by providing medical care coordination, crisis intervention/stabilization, case management, health education and wellness activities. RN needed to provide physical and psychiatric assessments, health education, medication management, care coordination and crisis intervention to people with complicated biopsychosocial needs. The RN coordinates care with a talented multidisciplinary group of Mental Health professionals and community providers. Education/Licensing Requirements BS in Nursing preferred; RI RN licensure required. Mental Health and/or Substance Use experience preferred.
