Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform personalized care plans. Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Manage complex medical procedures such as IV infusions, and catheterizations with precision. Coordinate diagnostic evaluations including laboratory tests, imaging procedures like CT scans and sonography, and specimen collection for accurate diagnosis. Document all patient interactions meticulously within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as PCC, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Skills Proven experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, behavioral health, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as PCC for efficient medical documentation. Ability to perform complex skills such as phlebotomy, tube feeding management, and sterile processing techniques. Excellent communication skills combined with a strong understanding of medical terminology and physiology to ensure clear patient education and team collaboration. $34.00 - $43.25 per hour
