Epic Required:
Active South Carolina (SC) RN license OR Multistate/Compact RN license Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele nursing experience BLS certification ACLS certification Job Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients. Monitor patients and recognize changes in clinical condition. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR . Float within the nurse's scope of practice to meet facility and unit needs, including similar units or sister facilities when required. Participate in weekend coverage as scheduled. Participate in on-call coverage when required; on-call needs are rare and may involve the first four hours of the shift. JY01
