Job Description

Registered Nurse (Pediatric Home Care - G‑Tube) Immediate Start We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in‑home care for a young child with a G‑tube . This role requires strong pediatric experience, confidence with G‑tube management, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in condition. Hours are Monday- Friday 9-5pm only, NO

WEEKEND SHIFTS.

$28-30 per hour

TO START!

Will review in 90 days for raise/wage increase. Responsibilities Provide daily pediatric assessments and monitor the child's medical status Perform all G‑tube feedings, medication administration, and site care Respond to urgent needs and ensure the child's safety at all times Educate and support the family on care routines and G‑tube management Document care accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance Collaborate with physicians and care coordinators as needed Requirements Active RN license 2 Plus Years Experience Pediatric experience required G‑tube experience strongly preferred Strong assessment skills and ability to act quickly in the home Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working closely with families Immediate hire.
