Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to telemetry patients, including post-cardiac procedures and critical care protocols Read telemetry strips proficiently and monitor six patients simultaneously Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to develop and execute plans of care Complete bedside shift reports and patient education using AIDET methodology Assist with discharge planning and patient education, adhering to unit-specific policies and guidelines Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
