Full Time Nights (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00pm-7:00am) Hospice & Community Care has been a cornerstone of compassionate end-of-life care in our community for nearly four decades. We are seeking a Hospice House RN to work Full Time to serve our community at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. What You'll Do:
Providing nursing care, instruction and support to patients and families Assist other team members in coordinating services for the patient in accordance with the physician and maintain communication regarding patient care needs Presenting services, obtaining initial physician orders, and completing all necessary documentation
What You'll Need:
Registered Nursing license in South Carolina, or be eligible for licensure in South Carolina. Valid CPR certification Team leadership skills Experience in healthcare, home care, or hospice setting Key Benefits of Joining our
