Required Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license in good standing At least one year of recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) setting Ability to monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythm strips Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and specialized telemetry support Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans in coordination with interdisciplinary teams Monitor patient vitals and cardiac rhythms, reporting changes promptly to physicians Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and empathy Educate patients and families about health conditions, recovery processes, and ongoing care
