•LABOR DAY ️ Key Responsibilities Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency care. Perform patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity. Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders. Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition promptly. Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapidly changing patient needs. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and follow-up care. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in Cerner . Float to other areas as required by facility needs. ✅ Required Qualifications
RN LICENSURE
•TN or Compact State nursing license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP CPI
required but may be obtained after contract start (provided on site) Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience Critical care assessment and management, IV skills, Cardiac Monitoring Competency SCOPE
•Triage of patients, critical thinking, assessment skills, nursing skills to include IV/IO, Chest Tube Management, Catheterization, Critical Care Drip comfortability, etc.
TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
Cerner EMR experience Strong emergency nursing assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
