Responsibilities Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care under RN scope of practice. Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document accurately in EMR. Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapies, per provider orders. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions. Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards and policies. Participate in new grad residency, training, and ongoing professional development. Support teamwork by assisting colleagues and responding to patient care needs promptly.
