You'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a high-acuity setting while collaborating with an inclusive, multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional birthing experiences. What you'll do: Provide comprehensive care for high-risk obstetric patients, including magnesium and insulin drips Circulate and scrub for L&D/OR procedures; support OBED as needed Monitor fetal well-being using intermediate fetal monitoring standards Document care in EMR systems (CPN/Meditech) with accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to ensure safe 2:1 patient ratios Float within women's services (Postpartum/Antepartum) as assigned Participate in on-call rotation (one shift every four weeks) and work night shifts (19:00-07:00) What you bring: Active RN license and a minimum of 1 year of recent travel experience in high-risk L&D Current
