Night shift on our floor centers on stable resident monitoring and scheduled medication passes before morning handoff. You manage routine care tasks while keeping direct lines of communication open with floor aides and facility leadership. 12-Hour Night Shift (6pm - 6am)

Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and record updates in the electronic charting system. Coordinate directly with floor CNAs to ensure resident turning schedules and personal care routines are completed. Conduct structured end-of-shift reports with incoming morning personnel to maintain care continuity. Respond promptly to resident call lights and manage clinical changes as they arise on the floor.
