Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You'll Do Provide specialized dialysis care to ESRD patients in an 12-chair facility Operate dialysis equipment and monitor patient status during treatments Collaborate with RN staff to deliver safe, effective patient care Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare standards Document patient information accurately in the Renvio EMR system Assist in patient assessment and education on dialysis procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment What You Need Valid CCHT certification and BLS certification Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience, specifically with ESRD patients Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment and EMR systems Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably About the Assignment This assignment is at Eastland Dialysis Center, a dedicated ESRD facility featuring 12 treatment chairs and a staff-to-patient ratio conducive to quality care. The unit operates three days a week with a consistent schedule, accommodating approximately 8-12 patients per shift.
