Job Description

Lexington Medical Lodge is hiring full-time and PRN floor nurses. Shifts run on a 12-hour schedule with rotating weekends to manage continuous resident care. Our floor routine focuses on structured shift change handoffs and predictable workflows. Central supply rooms are stocked daily to support your nursing tasks. You will work alongside a team of aides and medication technicians to complete clinical rounds efficiently.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits LVN Pay Rate:
Starting at $26-$27/hour (more with experience).
RN Pay Rate:
Starting at $35/hour (more with experience).
Shifts Available:
12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Full-time and PRN options are open.
Full-Time Benefits Block:

Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Complete clinical documentation accurately before the end of each shift. Monitor resident medical status and communicate changes to the clinical leadership team. Supervise floor care delivery by directing certified medication aides and nurse aides. Manage admission and discharge protocols as required during your shift. Qualifications Valid Texas LVN License or Texas RN License. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance. Atmosphere & Environment Lexington Medical Lodge is a 128-bed skilled nursing facility located at 2000 W Audie Murphy Pkwy in Farmersville, Texas. The floor layout features a centralized nursing station to reduce transit times between resident rooms and equipment storage.
