Schedule:

PRN (As Needed), 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately. Conduct clinical assessments and record resident vital signs. Document updates and treatment notes in Electronic Health Records. Communicate resident status changes to physicians and family members. Provide direction and support to floor CNAs during shift tasks. Facility Environment Lexington Medical Lodge is a 128-bed skilled nursing facility located in Farmersville, TX.
