Job Description
Life Care Centers is seeking a compassionate RN Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you'll provide direct nursing care to senior residents, complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals. You will document care accurately, ensure regulatory compliance, and educate residents and families.
