Full Job Description Benefits:

401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off A+ Auto Centers is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Class A Automotive Technician to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and can accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles.

Pay:

$20-$40 per hour Pay based on experience, diagnostic ability, and skill level. Responsibilities Must be able to independently diagnose vehicles and determine necessary repairs Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on domestic and import vehicles Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and A/C repairs Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting Use professional diagnostic equipment and scan tools Complete repairs efficiently and accurately Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance and repair needs Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer repair guidelines Properly document repairs and communicate findings with the service team Maintain a clean and organized work area Deliver quality workmanship and minimize comebacks Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Strong vehicle diagnostic skills required Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicles independently Must be able to work independently without constant supervision Must have your own complete set of professional automotive tools necessary to perform diagnostic and repair work Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with domestic and import vehicles Valid driver's license Reliable and dependable Strong work ethic and attention to detail ASE certifications are a plus What We Offer $20-$45/hour based on experience and skill Consistent workload Professional work environment Modern diagnostic equipment Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented shop Opportunity for long-term employment If you can diagnose vehicles, work independently, and take pride in doing quality repairs, we want to hear from you!
