Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in both assisted and independent living settings with empathy and professionalism. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Administer medications and treatments accurately in compliance with established protocols. Monitor and document residents' health status and communicate any changes promptly to the healthcare team. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordination of care and optimal outcomes. Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices. Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to health and safety regulations. Current and valid RN or LVN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in assisted or independent living or similar healthcare settings. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with residents, families, and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Compassionate, patient-centered approach focused on quality care. Basic computer skills for documentation and electronic health record use.
