Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license valid for Texas or compact multi-state privilege Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Rehab or Long-Term Care setting BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Strong assessment skills and the ability to respond confidently in varied clinical scenarios Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive patient and team relationships Flexibility and openness to adapting in a fast-paced travel assignment
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to rehab and long-term care patients Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and interventions Collaborate closely with therapists and interdisciplinary care teams to maximize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on disease management and recovery plans Maintain accurate records and adhere to all facility policies and regulatory requirements Support patient dignity and autonomy during every aspect of care delivery
