USPI Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital Kingwood, is seeking a motivated Emergency Room RN to join our team. Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital Kingwood is a fast-paced Surgical Hospital environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary:
The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting. The RN will also provide care that reflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility indicative of professional expectation with a minimum of supervision. The RN must be able to triage safely, rapidly and accurately, every patient that enters the emergency care system. Must be able to determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system. The RN must communicate with Emergency Department physician as about changes in patient's status, symptomology and results of diagnostic studies. The RN must be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. We have an emergency treatment area and that, in periods of downtime, the ER nurse will be expected to aid the PSU #USP-RN #USP-123 #LI-CM1
Required Skills:
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing At least three (2) years of experience as an RN in hospital Medical/Surgery or similar unit RN, current in the State of Texas
BLS, ACLS, PALS USPI
