8-hour shifts 7:00 AM•3:00 PM 3:00 PM•11:00
PM Pay:
$45.00•$52.00/hour (based on experience) Job Description Overview A structured inpatient detox and behavioral health program in Hunt, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients through medical detox and recovery. This is a hands-on clinical role working with patients experiencing substance withdrawal and co-occurring mental health conditions in a controlled, team-based environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care for patients in detox and recovery Monitor withdrawal symptoms using CIWA and COWS protocols Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff Respond to medical and behavioral emergencies Support patient education and recovery engagement
Qualifications Required:
Active Texas RN license (unencumbered) BLS certification
Preferred:
