Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via Direct Deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Room, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation) Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor for side effects, and evaluate effectiveness Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on health conditions and care plans Manage complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient care and safety Meet performance expectations aligned with hospital standards and competencies What You Need Valid RN license in Texas or compact CurrentBLS, ACLS, PALS
