Provide comprehensive nursing care to a mix of patients with respiratory issues, sepsis, and comorbidities in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting Monitor patient vital signs, medications, and treatments, recognizing and responding to clinical changes Document patient assessments, histories, and care activities accurately Administer medication and treatments following protocols, observing for side effects and effectiveness Educate patients and families on care plans and ongoing health management Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Make appropriate clinical judgments and delegate tasks as neededWhat You Need:
Current RN license in Texas or a compact state Minimum of 2 years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry nursing Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) Ability to work independently, demonstrate clinical proficiency, and adhere to safety standardsPreferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience working in an acute care hospital setting About theAssignment:
