Qualifications Valid RN license with current registration in the state of practice. coding is preferred. Critical care experience including ICU or trauma center background is highly desirable. Knowledge of advanced nursing procedures such as IV insertion, ventilator management, tube feeding, and aseptic technique. Strong assessment skills with the ability to perform physical examinations and interpret laboratory results. Experience working in diverse settings including hospital medicine, emergency medicine, hospice & palliative medicine, or skilled nursing facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities.
