Role and Responsibilities:

Provide acute care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention. Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients with life-threatening conditions through decisive actions. Prioritize injuries and medical needs using triage skills. Quickly evaluate physical and mental health conditions to determine appropriate care.

Qualifications and Skills:

Active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Recent experience (minimum of 18 months) in an Emergency Room setting. Possession of BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required. Ability to recognize and treat urgent medical conditions effectively.

Key Duties:

Assess and respond to diverse medical emergencies. Make quick, accurate clinical judgments in high-pressure situations. Understand triage and prioritize patient care accordingly.
