Job Description
Job Title:
Registered Nurse
$2500 sign-on bonus for full-time, qualified applicantsDiscover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.
Requirements:
Minimum associate's degree in nursing.
RN license required
Responsibilities:
Evaluates assigned patients; plans, implements, and documents nursing care.
Assists physicians during examinations and procedures; administers medications and treatments per policy.
Assesses resident conditions, responds to clinical needs, and documents care accurately and timely.
Shifts Offered:
8 hour shifts and Baylor weekend Shifts offered
6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am or Baylor weekend; work 32 hours, get paid for 40 hours
