Monitor patient status, document vitals, and escalate changes promptly. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols. Maintain accurate and timely charting, ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and adjust patient care. Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in achieving individual performance targets. Participate in ongoing professional development and seek advancement opportunities. Identify and participate in quality improvement initiatives and standardization efforts. Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and safety. Utilize data and pipelines to identify potential patient care opportunities and risks. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment on night shift. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license for Texas with active hospital acute care endorsement Strong bedside assessment skills with rapid escalation of deteriorating patients Minimum 1-year medical-surgical nursing experience, night shifts preferred Proficiency in vitals monitoring, charting, and EHR documentation Ability to administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or strong evidence of ongoing professional development Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and care planning Engagement in quality improvement initiatives and standardization efforts Ability to educate patients and families about care plans, discharge, and safety Familiarity with data-driven care opportunities and risk identification using pipelines Commitment to a safe, clean, and organized on-site night shift environment Contract-position flexibility with on-site night shifts in Granbury, TX What's in it for you?
