Flexible Schedules Skills Required:
Pediatric Private Duty Nurse LVN or RN Experience with a G-tube Ability to work with non verbal patients Spanish speaking preferred
Job Summary:
The LVN or RN will be responsible for providing nursing care to a 5 y/o female. Client has a G-tube and is non verbal. Client is an active toddler.
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor the patient's condition and vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Provide emotional support to the patient and their family Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the patient's needs are met Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Communicate effectively with the patient, their family, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
Active LVN/RN license in the state of Texas Experience working with non - verbal patient Experience working with an active toddler Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
