Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced RN leader to oversee our nursing team across both Home Health and Hospice. You'll manage clinical operations, staff, and compliance while ensuring top-quality patient care. This is a key leadership role in a growing, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise nursing staff across Home Health and Hospice. Oversee care plans, patient assessments, and documentation in EMR/EHR systems. Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and other regulations . Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with patients' families. Conduct audits and quality improvement initiatives. Train, mentor, and support nursing staff in clinical and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

Active Texas RN license . Experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role in Home Health, Hospice, or assisted living. Knowledge of Medicare regulations, EMR/EHR systems, and HIPAA compliance . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
