This role requires specialized knowledge in telemetry and acute care to provide top-notch care to patients with critical needs. As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will utilize cutting-edge technology and collaborate with highly skilled professionals to enhance patient outcomes at our advanced facilities. Responsibilities Monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any changes, using telemetry equipment. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for individual patients. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Administer medications as prescribed by attending healthcare practitioners. Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and ongoing care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and report any pertinent changes. Required Skills Proficiency in using telemetry equipment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
