Qualifications:

Current RN license, valid in the state of Texas (or compact license) Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience Strongly preferred: proficiency in vascular, plastics/reconstructive (DIEP flaps/microsurgery), robotics-assisted (bariatric, GYN, general, colorectal), and orthopedics (total joints) cases Current BLS certification; CNOR certification a plus Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Adaptability and a collaborative team mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Provide perioperative patient care in a high-acuity Operating Room environment Scrub and circulate on a variety of surgical specialties, including advanced robotics and reconstructive procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and surgical technologists Maintain and advocate for best practices in safety and infection prevention Document care accurately and thoroughly
