Registered Nurse - PRN Tier Plan LiveWell Homecare Agency Vidor, TX Job Details PRN 21 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications BLS Certification Full Job Description This role is a PRN nursing position offering a flexible schedule with multiple tiered pay rates based on shifts completed, including shift differentials for nights and weekends.
Responsibilities include:
Practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex patient care. Applying the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients. Addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. Administering medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Documenting patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assessing learning needs and providing education to patients, families, and caregivers. Making appropriate care assignments and delegations to team members.
Qualifications and skills required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. At least 1 year of related nursing experience preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
