Job Description

Community Healthcare Center is seeking a customer-service oriented, 2 full-time Registered Nurse Home Visitors to join our growing team in the Nurse-Family Partnership® Program to cover in Wichita Falls and Vernon. Nurses will utilize both clinical experience and evidence-based practice to deliver a strength-based model that emphasizes patient education and empowerment through mutual goal setting and a behavior changing theory in an at-home case management experience. Ideal candidates will possess qualities of both strong work and ethical character. Advocacy for the client and commitment to the program a must. Nurse must be self-directed with the ability to stay on task and complete assignments autonomously. Active participation as a team player is critical.
REQUIRED
Registered Nurse with TX licensure in good standing; BSN preferred; CPR; flexible schedule with some evening/occasional weekend work; travel for trainings; and positive attitude.
PREFERRED
Minimum 1 year nursing experience in community, maternal/child health, or mental/behavioral health;
STRONGLY PREFERRED
