Additional Details:

Required Credentials:

• Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
• Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; passing score of at least 80%, with only 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Epic Test-Out required.
• Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
• To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.

Unit Details:

• Stroke and urology patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

5 days maximum time off 2 Charge/Lead references required Proof of identification required for submission
