- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and care plans for each resident
- Delegate staff to pass medications according to doctors' orders for each resident
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
