PRN Registered Nurse | Occupational Health & Wellness Sandy, UT | $45-50/hr Are you an experienced RN looking for flexibility without stepping away from patient care? Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, as needed Why This Role Matters As an Occupational Health & Wellness Nurse, you'll play a key role in promoting employee health, preventing workplace injuries, supporting wellness initiatives, and helping employees navigate healthcare needs. Your expertise will directly contribute to a healthier, safer, and more productive workforce. What You'll Do
  • Provide nursing assessments and treatment for workplace illnesses and injuries
  • Manage occupational health cases, including return-to-work and workplace accommodations
  • Conduct health screenings, wellness assessments, biometric testing, and vaccination clinics
  • Deliver health education and wellness coaching focused on prevention and healthy lifestyles
  • Coordinate care and referrals with physicians, specialists, and employee assistance resources
  • Maintain confidential employee health records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
  • Assist with emergency response planning and workplace medical incidents
  • Track health trends and wellness program outcomes to support organizational initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Safety, and leadership teams on employee health programs What We're Looking For
  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Utah
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Experience in occupational health, employee health, wellness, case management, emergency medicine, urgent care, or corporate health settings preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and workplace health programs
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and case management systems
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • CPR/BLS certification
