Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a RN Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1-3 years of experience in the correctional setting Valid Registered Nurse license Be willing to obtain Virginia licensure

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver acute and chronic care services within the scope of a Registered Nurse (RN) in a correctional setting. Manage medication administration, triage, and emergency response procedures in alignment with correctional healthcare standards. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to accurately document patient care, treatment plans, and follow-up in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
