Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a high-volume Emergency Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred Excellent assessment, triage, and communication skills Strong ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency nursing care Triage and prioritize patients according to acuity Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Accurately document care and interventions Provide education and support to patients and families under pressure
