Are you an RN with a heart for crisis care looking for weekend work? At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA.

•Please note REACH Region I is now under new management with ESPH! We welcome both new applicants and those who previously applied!

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm Your Role in Our Mission Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed Why Join Us? What We're Looking For Licensure:

Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of

Virginia Knowledge:

MH and I/DD systems of care preferred

Experience :

Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred

Transportation:
