All inpatient post-operative patients are admitted to this unit, including those undergoing joint replacements, general surgery, gynecological procedures, urological surgeries, and more. Job Summary Provides safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process. Applies professional standards in ethics, collaboration, leadership, and evidence-based practice. Uses clinical knowledge and skills to meet the needs of their specific unit.
