We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home, high-tech nursing care for patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities include:

managing advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, tracheostomies, and feeding tubes; administering medications; performing skilled nursing procedures; supporting and educating families; assisting with physical therapy and daily activities; and working independently while collaborating with a care team.

Qualifications:

current RN license in Vermont or eligibility; preferred experience in home health, hospice, or high-tech nursing; excellent communication and critical thinking skills; dedication to compassionate, family-centered care.
