We are seeking an RN specializing in Hospice Palliative Care for a temporary position in Colchester, Vermont. Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients. Participate in patient and family education. Provide leadership and collaborate with nursing and healthcare team members. Maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting. Require 2+ years of hospice palliative care experience and preferred travel healthcare background. Vermont license and current BLS certification are mandatory, additional certifications may be needed. Reliable transportation required for travel assignments. Work 40 hours weekly with 10-hour shifts, starting August 11, 2025.
