Glover, Vermont, 05839 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a contract basis. The Travel RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Monitor and accurately document vital signs, patient status, medications, treatments, and changes in condition. Administer medications, IV therapies, injections, and other treatments safely and accurately. Recognize changes in patient condition and promptly notify physicians and appropriate healthcare team members. Assist with procedures, treatments, and diagnostic testing as required. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems. Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, discharge instructions, and ongoing care needs. Experience & Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS certification.
Pay:
$57.50 - $62.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
