Kitchen Manager Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our team provides outstanding food service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Develop and implement menus that reflect current resident needs and preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service. Documenting nutrition information as intrical part of the healthcare team. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent hospitality experiences. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize food service operations. Requirements Proven experience in a culinary management role within the restaurant or food service industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Excellent knowledge of dietary standards and practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
