Responsibilities Overview We are seeking a skilled and compasssionate Registered Nurse to join our team . As a Registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents. This is a vital role in our residential care home, and we are looking for someone who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Duties

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as presribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with heathare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and treatment options.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures. Experience
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively.
