Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough annual risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members in the patient's home setting Review and evaluate prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medications Educate patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications Identify care gaps and recommend solutions to promote optimal health outcomes No requirement to create treatment plans or prescribe medications

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington Current CPR certification (BLS) Board Certification through AANP or ANCC Six months or more of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited institution In return for your expertise, you'll receive between $80 and $90 for each completed evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative tasks.
