A mission-driven community healthcare organization in Seattle, WA is seeking a Locum Primary Care Provider (MD, DO, NP) for a 3-month assignment starting October 2026. This role delivers full-spectrum primary care to a diverse patient population with an emphasis on exceptional work-life balance, strong multidisciplinary support, and flexible part-time scheduling. Day to
Day:
Provide full-spectrum primary care to scheduled and walk-in patients across the full age spectrum (newborn to geriatric). Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including substance-use treatment needs. See a manageable volume of approximately 15 patients per day (up to 20 scheduled max). Complete clinical documentation in Epic EHR during dedicated daytime catch-up blocks. Collaborate closely with an integrated team including MAs, RNs, clinical pharmacists, behavioral health specialists, dietitians, and social workers. Provide primarily in-person care (with occasional telehealth) across Seattle-area clinic locations, assigned to one site per day.

1 to 2 weekdays per week (Mondays and Wednesdays are the highest need, but 1-day, 2-day, or alternate-week schedules will be considered).
Hours:
Approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (First patient at 8:20 AM; last patient at 4:40 PM). Call /
Off-Hours:
None (No evenings, weekends, or on-call duties).
Qualifications:
Active MD, DO, NP, or PA license in Washington state (or IMLC Compact for physicians). Active DEA and BLS certifications. Minimum of 1 year of primary care experience treating patients across all age groups. Ability to practice independently and comfortably treat a diverse, underserved population.
Preferred:
Experience with Epic EMR, community health/FQHC settings, prenatal/women's health, and substance-use care. Perks!:

$90 - 100 (NP), $145 - 160 (MD)
