Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Your expertise will support diverse patient populations, from acute care to long-term and community-based environments. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories. Administer medications and injections accurately following established protocols and physician orders. Provide specialized care for patients with chronic conditions like dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or developmental disabilities, ensuring tailored treatment plans. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning, case management, and long-term care strategies. Delegate staff in med passes and on going trainings Requirements Valid RN license in good standing with current state licensure requirements. Proven experience working in diverse settings such as hospital medicine, ICU (Intensive Care Unit), emergency room, or long-term care facilities. Pay:
$38.12 - $75.00 per hour
