1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an Acute Inpatient Rehab unit requiring 1.5 years of rehab experience and prior travel experience. Details Acute inpatient rehab hospital setting, single unit with all acute inpatient rehab patients Night shift, 3x12 hours (18:45-07:15) Every other weekend required No on-call responsibilities required Charting completed in Cerner Average patient length of stay is about 14 days Requirements Active WI or compact RN license required, must be in hand at time of consideration Current BLS certification required, ACLS preferred (required if functioning in charge nurse role) Minimum 1.5 years of inpatient rehab hospital experience required, within the last 2 years Prior travel nursing experience required Must be able to fill in for charge nurse role as needed Cerner charting experience required Additional Information Care provided to acute inpatient rehab patients within a hospital-based rehab facility (not a nursing home or LTAC) Navy blue or black scrubs with closed-toe shoes required Free parking available on site RTO must be approved and submitted at time of consideration, no additional RTO approved after offer, and full holiday time off not permitted Call-outs require more than 24 hours advance notice First-time travelers are accepted Local candidates are accepted
